Harger Jr. Chef Martin is a degreed, talented chef with over 25 years of Culinary Arts experience and 17 years of small to large-scale catering with proven past performance. Joining him to coordinate your special event is Chef Martin’s wife, Amy, with over 25 years of event planning and relationship building experience, your day is bound to be perfect.
Chef Martin’s early career began as an apprentice chef at the elite, private Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, PA. From there, he ventured into serving at the helm as Executive Chef at the Liberty Lounge in Perryopolis. His passion for food and entrepreneurial opportunities eventually led him to the creation of Martin’s Catering. As the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Martin’s Catering, Chef Martin prides himself on creating fantastic meals, delivering creative cuisine, and serving deliciousness all in a comfortable and neatly packaged price range based on fresh and local ingredients.
